- 3. As you grow, set yourself COMMON ENEMIES (external!) and identify your next set of challengers (one challenge at a time)
- 4. Always challenge your assumptions and put the consumer at the heart of your offering
- 5. Constantly ask (or more like challenge) yourself on how you could do what you're doing better
- 6. If you don't challenge your own assumptions then others (more nimble innovative competitors) will do it for you!
- 7. ESSENTIAL - always have a challenge for the organization. Once you've attained success, set the next challenge immediately!
- 8. Never allow for complacency in your organization
- 9. Set milestones - then work backwards from how you're going to achieve the targets / goals
- 10. CELEBRATE your successes - always link performance and pay
